U.S. July Same-Store Sales – Graphic of the Day
Same-store sales at U.S. retailers rose 4.6% in July, well above the final estimate of 3.1%. Analysts were expecting a mixed bag, however, 77% of retailers beat expectations; suggesting that despite macroeconomic worries, shoppers hit the malls.
