The U.S. Agriculture Department confirmed on Tuesday that a California dairy cow had mad cow disease, the 4th such case in the U.S. since it was first found in 2003. No said parts of the animal entered the nation’s food supply. Today’s graphic charts the U.S. Beef and Veal exports since 1989, broken down by country.
