Today the Justice Department filed to block AT&T’s (T-N) deal to acquire T-Mobile USA from Deutsche Telekom (DTE-XE). The Obama administration sued because of anti-competitive concerns over the $39 billion deal. AT&T plans to fight the government’s decision in court as it faces a $6 billion breakup fee should the deal fall apart. Shares of both companies have dropped more than 5% today.

In light of this news, I ran an ownership report that highlights the recent buyers and sellers of each company.
