Peter Koehler leads the global legal team for Nike, Inc. from the footwear and sports apparel retailer’s world headquarters in Beaverton, OR. With operations in more than 160 countries around the globe, Nike has complex legal needs as it works to obtain, register and protect its large number of patents and trademarks, as well as manage contracts and litigation. Serengeti Tracker™ is one tool Koehler’s team uses to stay out ahead of the fast pace, high volume and complexity of connecting and coordinating its legal professionals and outside counsel firms around the world. And that means Nike has the strong global legal foundation that will continue to facilitate its growth.
